From our facility in Seaham, County Durham we deliver our sandwiches and buffets to catering and retail outlets throughout the North East covering Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Teesside and Yorkshire.

We firmly believe that each of our customers has individual needs, so we will work closely to meet their requirements. We can not only adapt the range, but also work on point of sale, product mix and much more. In addition to bespoke menus we also provide bespoke labeling, creating a unique product. Each of our customers has a dedicated account manager who attends regular reviews to ensure our services are constantly working at their best for each of our customers...
We are a values driven business and we believe an excellent product should be backed by excellent service. We have never let any of our customers down on service and we never will! We offer flexible ordering, 7 days a week delivery and we will always do our utmost to fulfill any last minute requests. We believe ordering should be a simple process for our customers and as such we can accept orders by phone, fax and email.
We deliver 7 days a week across the North East & Yorkshire using our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

Range
All of our products are produced at our facility in Seaham, County Durham. Our Production Manager Jill Walton (MHCIMA, MRIPHH) ensures that our high food standards policies are adhered to in line with our SALSA accreditation.

We offer an extensive range of wedge sandwiches, from classic, simple fillings, to more elaborate ones such as Wensleydale & Sweet Carrot Chutney and Prawn Marie Rose & Rocket. All sandwiches come on a variety of tasty breads, including Sun dried Tomato and Olive. Whichever tasty filling you select, you will find the same great level of filling and quality. We now have a great new range of Kraft packaging to match our tasty sandwiches. |

| This range is ideal for panini grills. Just grill for a few minutes, for a hot, tasty snack. Our Paninis come in a selection of fillings including Spicy Meatball Melt and Brie & Bacon. These are all great value for money and very popular with students! |

| Our range of stotties come with a variety of traditional filings including Wiltshire Ham with Pease Pudding and Cheddar Cheese Ploughman’s. |

| We have an extensive range of tempting, tasty wraps which are a great healthy alternative to bread. A number of our wraps are LOW FAT with filings such as Humous, Grilled Peppers & Tomato and Sweet Chilli Chicken. All are bulging with fillings, a great eat! |

| Available on White or Granary our traditional style bloomers come cross cut and presented on foil card. We offer various fill options from Wiltshire Ham, with Tomato & Dijon Mustard to Coronation Chicken. |
We are always looking for new additions to our range and have seasonal lines for summer and Christmas. If there is something in particular, outside our current range that you would like, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
Buffet
We have used our expertise in the catering industry to create a range of high quality buffets. These are ideal for all occasions from working lunches to corporate events for a large number of guests. Our buffets are different; they are much more than just sandwiches!
Our menus include tasty treats such as Tempura King Prawns and Duck & Hoi Sin Spring Rolls. For the sweet tooth, Cup Cake platters are irresistible! Our sandwich platters vary from simple and traditional, to premium VIP selections. We can also offer healthy options, fruit platters and much more!
We appreciate that there are many different cultural and dietary requirements for working lunches and we always do our utmost to accommodate these. Likewise if there is a something in particular you would like to add to a buffet we can usually manage your request.
All of our buffets are delivered on platters, garnished and ready to serve, at a time suitable for your business! Everything is presented in a way that is easy to serve and easy to eat, so you don’t have to worry about greasy hands marking nice suits! We can provide tableware, from simple plates and napkins or if you have a particular theme to your function we can try to match it!
